Jag tror att ett intresse f\u00f6r mat v\u00e4cks hos barn genom att presentera nya smaker och konsistenser m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger. Det kan ta l\u00e5ng tid f\u00f6r barn att v\u00e5ga prova n\u00e5got nytt. De f\u00f6rsta fem g\u00e5ngerna kanske gr\u00f6nsaken eller grytan bara ligger p\u00e5 tallriken men till slut v\u00e5gar en prova! En kanske kommer p\u00e5 att en gillade det! Eller s\u00e5 gjorde en inte det f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen men tionde g\u00e5ngen!\r\n\r\nBarnen p\u00e5 Bellmansk\u00e4llan f\u00e5r prova grytor, soppor, kalla och varma s\u00e5ser, grat\u00e4nger och m\u00e5nga olika gr\u00f6nsaker! Vi \u00e4ter mycket vegetarisk mat vilket b\u00e5de \u00e4r klimatsmart, h\u00e4lsosamt, h\u00e5llbart och GOTT!\r\n\r\nF\u00f6r att barnen ska f\u00e5 ett \u00f6kat inflytande och f\u00e5 vara delaktiga i demokratiska processer har jag matr\u00e5d med de \u00e4ldsta barnen d\u00e4r de f\u00e5r vara med och best\u00e4mma en veckas meny, prata om mat, provsmaka eller g\u00f6ra blindtest. Jag skriver sen en matr\u00e5dsrapport till er f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar s\u00e5 ni f\u00e5r h\u00f6ra hur det g\u00e5tt till.\r\n\r\nEn vecka ser ut s\u00e5 h\u00e4r ungef\u00e4r:\r\n\r\nM\u00e5ndag-pasta med s\u00e5s (ofta vegetarisk)\r\n\r\nTisdag- fisk\r\n\r\nOnsdag- n\u00e4stan alltid vegetariskt\r\n\r\nTorsdag-Soppa med hembakt br\u00f6d (ibland vegetarisk)\r\n\r\nFredag-korv, kyckling eller k\u00f6tt (f\u00f6r det mesta)\r\n\r\nTill mellanm\u00e5l brukar det serveras hembakt br\u00f6d, mj\u00f6lk eller juice (bara med naturligt fruktsocker), yoghurt med hemmagjord musli, smoothies eller gr\u00f6t. Ibland blir det n\u00e5got lyxigare som pizzaslice eller pannkakor med hemmagjord sylt. Det brukar oftast matr\u00e5det r\u00f6sta fram.\r\n\r\nJag handlar s\u00e5 mycket jag kan ekologiskt och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00f6lja s\u00e4songerna med gr\u00f6nsaker och frukter. Vi \u00e4r en sockersmart f\u00f6rskola och jag anv\u00e4nder inte socker i mat eller mellis. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00e5r barnen bara ketchup n\u00e4r vi grillar korv i parken.\r\n\r\nN\u00e4r barnen slutar p\u00e5 Bellmansk\u00e4llan f\u00e5r de med sig en liten &#8221;kokbok&#8221; med de mest \u00f6nskade matr\u00e4tterna.
